Perpetual Renovations has been in business since 2017. After years of learning from some of the best tradesman and general contractors, I decided to form a remodeling company that specialized in custom work. Putting the customers wants and needs first, we strive to make every customer's project run smoothly from start to finish with constant communication and careful planning. Our Process

We begin with an in-home consultation. During this part of the process we discuss your project needs and get a better understanding of the scope of work specific to your project. Next, we will get to work on your estimate - ensuring to include all aspects of the desired work, so there are no hidden fees. We believe in complete transparency. While speaking with you about your estimate, we will set expectations of the schedule and budget of your project. Once an agreement is reached, we get to work staying in constant communication throughout the entire process. Once the project is complete, a final walk is conducted with a member of our project management team and yourself. During this walk we will form a "punchlist" and immediately finish all the finishing touches to your satisfaction. We ensure that your project will be finished exactly to your specifications and design.
